/s/ blend silly sentence creator - nouns and verbs Spy spider ghost skunk desk toast snail snowman stone ask taste slip ski snap smell smash smile stop Ed plural ing

  1.

Use this as a "silly" sentence starter to work on articulation at the sentence level or to work on language.  Kids love drawing the line from the noun to the verb to choose their silly sentence.

-past tense "ed" or was +ing - tell child to start their sentence with "Yesterday"

-plural "s" - make them change their sentence if there were 2 skunks, spies, etc

-present progressive - e.g. the spy is smiling

-expand utterances by asking child followup where, why, when questions and have them add the additional info to their sentence.
