my gratitude jar I have a gratitude jar. Gratitude means being thankful. Each day I write things for which I am Thankful. I am thankful for big things like being with people I love making new friends Moving to my New House and meeting my new baby brother. I am thankful for small things too like when someone smiles at me when I get to eat my favorite lunch when I find money on the ground When it is sunny outside. Sometime I have bad days where I don't feel gthankful. I shouldn't even get out of bed! When things are tough I can take some deep breaths. I slowly breathe in and slowly breathe out three times. Then I read my notes in my gratitude jar. These notes make me feel a little better. The gratitude jar reminds me that not all days are bad days. I am thankful for my gratitude jar.
