Open ended, play-based schedule

A support for anxiety, not a tool for compliance.  Made for a gestalt language processor who was having a hard time leaving at the end of session.  We sing a quick hello.  Then I set a timer for 10 minutes 3 times.  Each time the timer goes off we close a "play" and say, "One more play!" and then sing a quick goodbye song.  It has decreased their anxiety about leaving, while keeping the session child-led and play-based!
