My Solar Eclipse Experience 2024 Many planets moons and stars surround the earth. This is a moon. On April 8th the moon moved in front of the sun. This is called a solar eclipse! The moon blocked the sun for 2 minutes. The day got dark. We needed special sunglasses to look up at the sun. The sun came out again afterwards. I was at school during the eclipse. I watched with my friends and teachers. teacher I went outside to see it. I stayed indoors and watched on tv. Summary
