Core Board

This core board is intended for a 61-year-old male patient with dysarthria who is currently residing at a SNF. The blank spaces are intended to be a support to the clinician when working with the pt to determine salient, personalized, and functional words during the session. This board may be laminated and a dry erase marker may be utilized to write in the blank spaces during sessions.
