Art Collage Dice

For an Art Activity with Core: 

Today we are going to create small group collages. 

Introduce what is a collage, mixed media, and medium - as appropriate. 

Start with a large poster or bulletin board paper. Students take turn rolling the dice to see what they can add to the group collage. Once a student rolls, they can comment "I put on...(glitter)" and add thier medium.  

Skills: taking turnss, working together, waiting for a turn, fine motor skills, and social communication with core words. 

Core word focus: Model "put" and "on" by pointing to these words on a core board when you use them.
