This makes my friends and teachers happy. I do not need to yell when I get angry. This is not a good choice. I can take 5 deep breaths to calm my body. I can sit in a quiet spot to calm down. I cannot hit others when I am angry. This is not a good choice. It makes my teachers and friends sad when I do this. I can put my head on my desk. I can stop and count to ten. It is okay to be upset sometimes but I will make good choices to stay calm.
