At The Pond

Twenty pond vocabulary words (for the Northeast U.S. - no gators!) for bingo dauber, chip, or circle or "X" (laminate pages to use with dry erase markers). I like to make another set of pictures and hide them around my area. Extra fun if you can make a pond from large blue paper. Give your students a big cup (or make a pail with Solo cups and pipe cleaners) to collect them in and then come back to the table to see what they found. Great for unit vocabulary practice, classification, and learning about the life cycle of a frog.
