Duncan the Story Dragon Duncan liked to read books. He had a problem. He got so happy that he blew fire out of his mouth. He burned his books. This made him sad. He opened the refrigerator to keep it cold so that the fire wouldn't burn. He turned on the fan to blow the fire away. He sat in a tub so that the water would stop the fire. He asked a racoon to read to him but the racoon got scared and hid in the trashcan. He asked a possum to read to him but the possum got scared and preteneded to fall asleep. He asked the bull but the bull got mad and chased him up the tree. He was sad that no one would read to him. So he went home to cry. A little mouse saw him cry. Duncan asked him to read and the mouse said "Yes!" Duncan was happy again. The mouse read books to Duncan and they had fun reading the stories together!
