Social Story: I Don't Always Get What I Want. That's OK! I like yellow crayons best. Sometimes my teacher gives me a red crayon. That's OK! I draw a beautiful picture. I like to put the books away by myself. Sometimes other friends want to put away books too That's OK! I like the housekeeping center best. Sometimes my teacher tells me that my center is blocks. That's OK! I make a tower with the blocks. I might feel sad for a little bit... But then I remember that I can get the things I want at another time!
