Letters are chosen based on their formation pattern-down and retrace upwards, exemplified by the letter r (one-armed robot): letters b, h, m, n, p, r. Use a die or spinner with the letters on it. In small groups, take turns rolling, and everyone writes the letter indicated in the column. The first letter to the top wins! Note: all kids write all letters- their papers should always look the same as each other. A letter wins, not a kid!
