I can be a good friend and use kind words with others.

But it's also important that I stand up for myself. That means I don't let others hurt me or make me feel sad.

If someone is teasing me, I can say "stop" and tell my teacher.

If someone takes something from me, I can tell them "please give that back to me." I can also ask my teacher for help.

If someone hurts me, I should move away from that person. I should ALWAYS tell my teacher and Mom and Dad if someone hurts me.

I can stand up for myself and tell others to "stop." I will also tell my teacher.
