It's Okay to Re-do my Work At school I get to write. I can start putting ideas on paper by myself. My Teachers Can Help Me too. I might have to erase some words and fix them. I might have a great idea or take a suggestion to improve my work. It's easy to fix mistakes. Sometimes I need to fix a whole sentence. That can make me feel frustrated. But I can say "Oh Well " and learn a new way. I can make my writing better. It doesn't hurt me to learn a better way. Next time I will know how to do it better the first time. On Computer I use the backspace button to fix mistakes. It's important to check my work every time. Everyone has to fix mistakes and re-write their work. Even famous authors might fix and change their stories many times. It is okay to do my work over again a few times. Then I will turn in my best work and feel so proud. My teacher will be proud of me too!

For student that gets very frustrated when he has to erase, fix, or start over when writing.
