Playful Greetings Batter up Fast Feet Tap Jump Serve Clap Hug Shoulder Pat Dribble Drill Bust a Move Greetings Relationship Building sports Rituals

Here are some playful greetings to do with children at any age.  I also used these at a training for teachers.  Daily greetings help create a culture of connections and caring so children may be more apt to engage and cooperate with others.

You can make up an action for each picture or....

Batter up - one person pretends to pitch, one person pretends to hit a grand slam

Fast Feet - tap each others toes with the opposite foot

Jump Serve - jump up and clap hands

Football - hug and pat each other's shoulder (pads)

Dribble Drill - pretend to dribble around each other in a circle

Bust a Move - use a disco move or let it be a free style dance
